Reiki Bliss

Rest. Reset. Reconnect.

Reiki Bliss is a deeply relaxing energy session designed to give you time and space to simply let go.

Let Go & Balance

Release what feels heavy. Make room for what comes next.

Let Go & Balance is a personalized energy session that brings together the tools and techniques I have gathered through years of energy work. Rather than following one set modality, I listen, observe, and intuitively draw upon the practices that best support you during your session.
